Our online banking service provides you the freedom to access your accounts when it's best for you (customers must maintain a deposit relationship in order to use online access).

ACCOUNT SUMMARY

The "Account Summary" screen is the first screen you see when you log in to OnLine Access. From this location, you can quickly access all your accounts from one screen. View your account balances or review your account history.

ACCOUNT ACTIVITY

When you select an account from the "Account Summary" page, you will have access to your detailed account history. Conveniently monitor the status of your accounts and view your transactions immediately.

TRANSFERS

It's easy to transfer money from one account to another. Manage your ongoing budgeting needs by creating recurring transfers and choosing from a variety of frequency options. With the "Transfers" function you can control when and how often money will be moved between your accounts.

STOP PAYMENTS

Use this feature to manage electronic stop payment requests* on an outstanding check or range of checks. When you request a stop payment, it is effective immediately and will prevent the payment of the checks(s) if presented after the request is submitted. However, a 24-hour waiting period is also required in case the check or checks were presented for payment before the request was submitted.

* Applicable fees will be assessed for processed stop payment requests.

ALERTS

It's easy to set up convenient alerts to notify you when your accounts meet specified conditions. Create alerts to remind you of a low balance or to inform you when an account has excess funds. You can also choose multiple accounts for OnLine Access to monitor for you.

DOWNLOAD

Download your account information into your personal financial software (PFM), such as Quicken or Microsoft Money. Track your expenditures, monitor your budget and forecast balances by downloading your daily activity.

STATEMENTS

Up to eighteen months of account statements are available through OnLine Access. You may also enroll in paperless statement delivery to stop receiving paper statements in the mail. Instead, you will receive an e-mail notification when new statements are available in OnLine Access to view, print or save.

BILL PAY OVERVIEW

      No more buying stamps and writing checks. Pay all your bills by simply clicking "Pay Bills" from the navigational menu. If you do not currently have Bill Pay, accept the Bill Pay Terms and Conditions and you will have the ability to pay bills online within 24-48 hours. Calculate your time and cost savings by using Bill Pay today!

MAKE PAYMENTS

      The "Payment Center" enables you to enter one or all of your bill payments from a single screen. Bills that are set up for automatic payments, E-bills, or billers that support next-day payments are designated with a corresponding icon.

RECEIVE E-BILLS

Receiving your bills electronically is a great benefit for anyone. Use Bill pay, especially if you don't want the hassle of paper bills. Once you have set up your E-bills, you will also see an icon next to your bill on the "Payment Center" page to remind you of your bill status.

ENABLE E-BILLS

Not only can you receive your E-Bills directly to your account, you can even request that an E-Bill notification be sent directly to your personal email account. You can enable E-Bills by clicking the "E-Bill Sign Up" icon from the Payment Center page or "Manage My Bills".

What We Do To Protect You

    • We Verify Your Identity
      • User ID and Password. Your username and password are unique identifiers and no one can access your account with out them.
      • Security Questions. When you enroll in OnLine Access, you select and answer security questions. These questions will be used periodically as an extra identity check.
      • Automatic Lock-Out. If someone attempts to log in several times with the incorrect User ID and/or password, your account will be locked.
    • Automatic Log Out. OnLine Access automatically signs you out of a session if you are inactive longer than 20 minutes.
    • Encryption. We encrypt (128-bit Secure Socket Layer) your information so that it can not be read as it passes over the Internet.
    • Additional Security Measures. Our network is structured so the servers that store your account information are not directly connected to the Internet, and we utilize firewalls, updated anti-virus software, application security and more to secure OnLine Access.

What You Can Do

    • Be wary of correspondance that asks you to disclose your password or account detail. Attempts to solicit your private information are known as "phishing." Phishing e-mails often contain links to fraudulent Web sites. Do not follow links from e-mails to access password-protected Web sites. Remember, we will never ask you to provide private information by e-mail.
    • Create longer passwords that use a combination of letters and numbers. Avoid using family member or pet names, birthdates and phone numbers.
    • Never write down or share your password. Passwords should never be automatically filled in by a computer. The same holds true for your security questions and answers.
    • Change passwords regularly. Do not alternate between the same passwords.
    • When you log in to OnLine Access you are in a secure session. Make sure by looking at the web address - it should start with https://.
    • Only use OnLine Access on computers with up-to-date anti-virus and anti-spam software.
    • Sign off from OnLine Access if you must step away from your computer or you have completed your tasks.
